Yeah, I am on a tight budget along with everyone else, but if you can handle not drinking as much or not paying for drinks, and can get in free or for less than $10, why not go out to get your work out on? That's how I feel about it. Plus, I wanted to meet some bbws and tell them about my clothing line, I always incorporate business into every event that I go to. I wore a fuchsia and black satin tube blouse that I made with black, tight bermuda shorts, and black patent leather gladiator heels. I accessorized it with big hoops, chunk bangles, and a patent clutch. Alot of the girls there loved my outfit and then came out the business card. Some of the girls that I talked to, I just imagined them a dress that I could make for them. We will definitely see who will call to get something custom made.
During the party when I went out for a smoke break, things became real interesting. There was an older guy outside dressed somewhat decent; he had a tee, shorts, nike sneaks, the usual dress for guys. Its when he started talking is when it became funny. Supposedly he is cool with block entertainment who consisted of Gucci Mane and Boyz in da Hood. I just said "ok". I mean, truthfully, I am not impressed when a guy says he runs with this celeb or that celeb, if that was the case, why the fuck are you here, you know? Now, keep in mind this is an older guy, meaning no bottom teeth or maybe just one two teeth, dressing like a young boy, chillin' oustide but won't go into the party. I knew it was a matter of time before he made a pass and sure enough, he talks about my skin being pretty and he wish he could take me out. What? No honey, I am a good girl and am involved. All he said was that's good, stay that way, its good to be dedicated.
Here comes guy number two, who was cute, I am not going to front, good looking southern guy from Augusta. His approach was all wrong though. He comes up and says hi, where you from? I just said I am from up here, and back up, you can't just come up to me too close, that's how someone can get hurt. So he backs up and says he is from Augusta and do I smoke purple haze? WOW... he didn't waist any time! Then he says he is going up to his room to smoke and drink Ciroc. All I said was have fun and kept smoking. WTF! Do you actually think that I am just going to say "oh yeah I smoke, lets go get a drink in your room" are you fucking crazy! That's one thing about these Georgia men, they are straight forward and don't give a shit. I kind of like that, get to the point, but best believe, that's not enough for me to just go with some guy that I only met 10 seconds ago, I don't give a shit if you had Louis the XIII in the damn room, I don't know you, I am not drinking or smoking shit with you. That's how people get hurt. I am a risk taker don't get me wrong, and I definitely know how to have a good time, but I came there by myself, that would have been stupid of me to go smoke and drink with a guy that I don't know. To top it off, once the Augustan left, here comes oldie asking me if I was going with him? First of all, who the fuck are you? Do you know that guy? Yeah, I think something was being plotted or something just wasn't right. These guys thought they had some dumb hoe outside. Um Um, just because I am cordial with you for five minutes don't make me a sucker.
The party was over at 2 so I stepped out at 130a. The ride home was smooth, but damn those cops were out! I am guessing that Georgia doesn't have a cell phone law because I rode right by a cop on my cell phone, but thank goodness I wasn't speeding. I can't do a lot of speeding in my dust bucket anyway. Feet burning as soon as I stepped out of the car, I hobbled my way into my apartment and took those damn heels off! No wonder some girls were dancing in flip flops or no shoes at all. I can do flip flops, but as tempting as it was, I could not go onto the dance floor barefoot. My thing is that I am a certain height walking in and if I would have took those shoes off, I would have been my real height which is 5' short as hell".
All in all, it was a good night. Until the next adventure, be safe.
One Love,
LK
